The New Zealand Women’s Cricket Team has beaten South Africa by five wickets in their final warm-up match ahead of the T20 Women’s World Cup in England and Wales.
The Proteas Women managed a decent 183 for five after they were sent in to bat first in Loughborough, England.
However, the Kiwi women managed to chase it down with just two deliveries remaining and five players back in the pavilion.
SA will start their World Cup campaign against Australia in Manchester on Saturday.
After also playing warm-up matches against Australia and Ireland, the Proteas are happy with their plans and preparation.
