Botswana and Team South Africa have lit up the track in Gaborone on the second and final day of World Athletics Relays.
South Africa’s men’s 4×100 and the 4×400 metre teams, who both won gold in China last year, won silver medals.
The 100 metres relay team finished second behind the United States in a new African record of 37.49 seconds.
And Botswana won gold in the men’s 400 metres relay final, pipping South Africa to the post.
