Intense Coverage Follows Delayed Polls in Nigeria

    Pres­i­den­tial and par­lia­men­tary elec­tions sched­uled for Sat­ur­day, Feb­ru­ary 16 in Nige­ria were sud­den­ly post­poned by the Inde­pen­dent Nation­al Elec­tions Com­mis­sion (INEC) just hours before the polls were due to open.
