Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter has called on soccer fans to boycott the 2026 World Cup in the US.
The call comes as the US is preparing to host the soccer showpiece along with Canada and Mexico in June this year.
Sepp Blatter earlier criticised his successor Gianni Infantino for awarding a peace prize to US President Donald Trump.
The call to boycott the 2026 tournament is growing louder as a result of the brutality of United States Immigration and Customs officials in Minneapolis.
The recent killing of two Americans in Minnesota has led to massive protests in that country.
Solidarity protests also took place in London.
