A multi-storey building under construction has collapsed in the Kenyan capital Nairobi, with at least four people feared trapped beneath the rubble. While the cause is yet to be confirmed, building collapses are common in Nairobi, where poor construction standards and weak regulation have long been blamed. A report by the National Construction Authority has found that 58% of buildings in Nairobi are unfit for habitation.
