Ethiopi­ans are con­sid­ered the fastest-grow­ing immi­grant group in the Unit­ed States. This obser­va­tion is also applic­a­ble to Col­orado, where the num­ber of Ethiopi­ans in the state con­tin­ues to grow.

There are near­ly 30,000 Ethiopi­ans who live in the Den­ver metro area alone, accord­ing to infor­ma­tion obtained from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Col­orado (CU) in Boul­der. “Their cul­ture, although often over­looked in Col­orado, has shaped and influ­enced the state in many ways,” the CU research states.
