Humanitarian crisis deepens in Sudan after RSF take over el-Fasher

Fears that the Sudan region of Darfur is plunging into genocidal violence are reviving. U.N officials have warned of a rampage after the RSF took hold of the city of el-Fasher, reportedly killing more than 450 people in a hospital and carrying out ethnically targeted killings of civilians and sexual assaults.
